Welcome to Snuggls. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for our community. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, or harm.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Snuggls strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any violation will result in immediate account termination, a permanent platform ban, and a direct report to relevant law enforcement and protection authorities.

If you encounter any behavior or content on Snuggls that you believe violates child safety or involves child exploitation, please report it immediately:

In-App Reporting

  1. Navigate to the profile or message thread of the user in question.
  2. Tap on the Report button (represented by a flag or option menu).
  3. Select Child Safety Concerns or a similar option from the list of reasons.
  4. Submit the report. Our moderation team reviews these reports with the highest priority.

Email Reporting

You can also submit reports directly to our safety team via email at snuggls.app@gmail.com. Please include details such as the user's name, profile screenshots, or any other relevant information.

4. Reporting to Authorities

Snuggls complies with all applicable child safety and protection laws. In accordance with legal obligations, we report all instances of CSAM/CSAE to regional and national law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local cyber crime divisions, along with any necessary evidence for prosecution.
